Polycrystalline Synthetic Cutting Materials

Solid PCD

Some applications in the field of wear protection or special cutting applications require the use of Polcrystalline Diamond without carbide backing. We offer our Solid PCD in whole blanks or cut to size according to the customer requirements. The material is machinable by edm and available in four qualities (3µm, 5µm, 10µm and 25µm), from a thickness of 1mm.
