Polycrystalline Synthetic Cutting Materials

CVD Diamond for Dressing Applications

DIAMONDS – polycrystalline CVD diamond is particularly suitable for use in dressing tools. Available are the grades “Hard” (CVCG) and “Premium” (LCDF). CVCG is suitable for both stationary and rotating dressing tools. LCDF is mainly used in fixed dressers.
For profile dressing tools, both qualities are also available in the form of platelets.
Layer thicknesses from 0.3 to 2.0 mm are available, cut by laser, in the dimensions you require.

For use in cutting tools, the LFCT quality is available in whole wafers or as pre-cut tips.
